Usage Note 12022: Adding dimension member returns "Create dimension member failed."
In certain model structures in SAS Activity-Based Management 6.1,
attempting to add a dimension member will return the error:
"Create dimension member failed"
Clicking [Show Details] displays:
"Either EOF of BOF is True, or the current record has been deleted.
Requested operation requires a current record."
