Usage Note 12831: "OLAPLicenseCheck Service Module Failed" error when starting OLAP Server
The error message,
OLAPLicenseCheck Service Module Failed
is returned by the SAS OLAP Server when the OLAP Server product is not
included in the SID that is associated with the SAS installation for the
server.
To confirm this run the following code against the SAS executable that
is used to start your OLAP Server:
proc setinit noalias;
run;
The product named "SAS OLAP Server" must be included in the log output
with a valid expiration date.
Contact your Site Representative or your SAS Sales Representative if you
believe the product has been omitted in error.
