option will not work in a PROC EXPORT
With SAS/ACCESS Interface to PC File Formats in SAS 9.1, the DBLABEL
option allows for data set variable labels to be used as column names
when PROC EXPORT is used to create tables in other data sources (like
Excel). In SAS 9.1, this option will not work with a PROC EXPORT. This
capability will be added in SAS 9.2.
