Usage Note 12723: It is possible to set a security subset on an HCM administrator
In SAS Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision), if you are
the System Administrator, you can set security subsets onto another
ADMIN, or even yourself.
The User Interface makes no distinction between whether someone is an
ADMIN or not in this regard. Security subsets should have no effect on
a userid that is defined as a System Administrator.
