Usage Note 12712: A single quote (') in an HCM query will fail

In SAS Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision) queries with
Filters fail.

An error appears in the browser on Result:  The query did not execute
successfully. Please contact your administrator for assistance. SAS was
unable to build the table containing the results of this query.
