Usage Note 12710: Slow performance in Human Capital Management 3.1
In SAS Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision) the LinkedList
class is used as the underlying structure for the NamedList class, which
in some circumstances causes overall performance to be slow.
With the release of hot fix 3.1.0.3, the underlying data structure is
changed to an ArrayList. This change should have no effect on
functionality and should be completely transparent.
