Usage Note 12702: In HCM you can specify the format for dates based on locale
In SAS Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision) you enter
dates into a query user prompt using the US date format of mm/dd/yyyy.
With hot fix 3.1.0.3, there are two methods for the user to utilize
their locale. When creating a filter you can enter a date value using a
locale appropriate form of the date string DDMONYYYY. If you select an
actual value instead of entering it manually, you are presented with a
list of dates formatted based on selected date format on the Configure
page. You can now set up a text box prompt that allows the user to enter
a date in their selected format.
