Usage Note 12696: Apply Security checkbox may be confusing in HCM
In SAS Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision), the display
of the 'Apply Security' checkbox within the Properties page of a query
or table can be misleading.
This is generally true for HCM standard tables such as the Employee
Master table (EMPMAST). This table initially started out with the
properties displaying the 'Apply Security' box as unchecked. The xml for
the EMPMAST table is erroneously shipped with the attribute
APPLYSEC="A", instead of the correct value of APPLYSEC="Y".
