Usage Note 12695: Organizational chart may display nodes with 0 value in HCM
In SAS Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision), when the
organization chart is displayed with statistics, direct report nodes are
still displayed if there are 0 direct reports for that node.
Additionally, organization nodes show empty statistics when there are
no employees for that node.
