Usage Note 12693: Multiple security subsets can be assigned to a single user in HCM
In SAS Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision) a security
subset can be applied to a user by the system administrator.
When the number of users and security subsets becomes large, it is too
cumbersome to manage without being able to assign multiple security
subsets to a single user. Allowing this behavior reduces the number of
necessary security subsets that must be created.
