When invoking the Information Delivery Portal, the themes resources,
such as GIF files and Cascading Style Sheets, may not be displayed.

The problem will occur if there is an NAT firewall between the client
and the WebLogic server.

The NAT firewall acts as a proxy and routes requests to the appropriate
server. It also hides the machines inside the firewall so they are not
accessible to the clients unless the clients go through the firewall.

The themes resources will not be visible if the browser, where the
Information Delivery Portal is being displayed, is outside of the
firewall making a request for themes resources to the WebLogic server
that is not visible outside of the firewall.

The above problem will also occur if there are two active network cards
in the server.
