Problem Note 12093: Using the Properties tab within Information Map Studio to change
the format used for a dataitem disables Detail usage for that dataitem
If you edit a dataitem via the Properties tab of the main window of
Information Map Studio and change the format used for that dataitem,
Detail usage for the dataitem is disabled. This can impact the ability
to use this dataitem in the Marketing Automation product. This problem
does not occur if you edit the dataitem via the properties dialog (which
is available from the first tab of the main window).
To avoid this problem, use the properties dialog when setting or
changing formats. To correct this problem once it has been encountered,
follow these steps:
1. Enable the XML facility (using TOOLS => XML).
2. Find the section of the XML that defines the dataitem in question.
3. For this dataitem, change USAGE_DETAIL="0" back to
USAGE_DETAIL="1".
