Usage Note 12024: Fatal error "The server was unable to open the Oros Model" during Oros model import

Some Oros model imports into SAS Activity-Based Management will fail
with the fatal error:

"The server was unable to open the Oros model. The error occurred after
the compressed model was uploaded to the server. Please review the
following detailed messages for more information. Also verify that the
server disk drive containing the SAS Activity-Based Management software
has adequate disk space for the model being imported.

 1. This is not a ZIP file or the structure of the ZIP file is damaged!"
