12017 - Oros model import fails to import Sales Volume driver

Usage Note 12017: Oros model import fails to import Sales Volume driver

If a dimension is used in more than one module of an Oros model,
importing that model to a SAS Activity-Based Management model may not
bring in the Sales Volume driver for accounts that should use that
driver.
