Usage Note 11962: Inclusion of unneeded model dimensions in SAS ABM OLAP cubes increases
cube size and decreases performance
SAS Activity-Based Management 6.1 was originally designed to include all
dimensions in a model for any cubes generated from that model. In some
cases, specific dimensions may not be useful in OLAP analysis and their
inclusion can dramatically expand cube size, increase cube processing
time and impair interactive OLAP performance.
A Technical Support hot fix for this issue is available at:

This hot fix adds the ability to specify which dimensions to include
when
generating cubes for particular model. Download the Dimension Selection
