When attempting to perform a load of any locale from any Quality
Knowledge Base on Microsoft Windows for 64-Bit Itanium machines, the following error
occurs:

This error is caused by the manner in which Windows for 64-Bit Itanium interprets a specific function within the SAS Data Quality Server code. The only way to resolve this issue is to apply the hot fix.
