Problem Note 11846: Java error occurs when launching SAS Planning

When using SAS Financial Management Solutions and attempting to launch
the planning client, the java plug in (jre) must be installed on your
client machine.  If not, a loop will occur, issuing a Java error
repeatedly requesting you to install an incorrect version of the jre.
