Problem Note 11737: Running a selection rule defined as 'Dynamic List' may take longer than
expected to execute
If you run (or schedule to run) a selection rule that you have defined
in the SAS Campaign Management component as having a selection type of
'Dynamic List', the rule may take longer to execute than in previous
versions of Campaign Management.
