Problem Note 11715: webEIS fails when accessing an MDDB containing THAI data and labels

webEIS fails to properly display MDDBs containing data or labels in the following NLS encodings:

THAI, CJK Radicals, Katakan, Bopomofo, Unified CJK, Hangul, Extended presentation forms of Arabic

This problem occurs when accessing MDDBs via either the JConnect or IOM protocols.
