Problem Note 11607: Libname assignment may cause templates to be unavailable in a Unix
environment
When using SAS Financial Management Solutions with a Unix server, if you
have the R_DIRECT libname assigned to a directory that already exists,
FMS may resolve the libname instead of initializing one, and that will
result in templates becoming unavailable.
This problem can be circumvented by not assigning the R_Direct libname
to an existing directory.
