Problem Note 11408: Invalid table name specification stops %CPPROCES when processing NTSMF
data
If a table list is specified in a %CPPROCES macro call, and one of the
tables is not in the PDB, the process stops with the following warning:
WARNING: Table <table> not found in supplied data dictionary, was
not processed.
Instead of stopping, %CPPROCES should throw out the invalid table and
process the remaining valid tables.
