Problem Note 11399: Duplicate Checking logic only searches the first SOURCLIB dataset for
$$DUPxx members
If more than one USER.SOURCLIB is specified for CMPROCES and the
$$DUPxxx for the collector used is not first, when INPUT FILTERING is
ACTIVE the %CMPROCES or %CPPROCES will fail with the following ERROR:
ERROR: File user.test.sourclib($$DUPxxx) has not been defined.
WARNING: Physical file does not exist, user.test.sourclib($DUPxxx)
even if a subsequent USER.SOURCLIB library has the entry defined.
