Problem Note 11387: Quickstart Wizard not checking all concatenated sourcelib libraries for
dupchk file
When the QuickStart Wizard is used to create a set of process/reduce
jobs or reporting jobs, it checks to see if a DUPCK file (that is,
$$DUPSMF) exists for the collector for which the jobs are being created.
If the dupchk file is not found in the *first* library of the SOURCLIB
concatenation, the wizard will create the dupchk file in this library.
If another library in the concatenation already contained a dupchk file
of the same type, the newly created dupchk member in the first library
will override the existing one. Any production jobs run after the
creation of the new dupchk file could potentially fail if those jobs
expect to use the original dupchk file.
