Usage Note 11385: Webstyle parameter must be uppercase in %CPXHTML
In order for webstyle specifications to be recognized by the %CPXHTML
macro, they must be specified in uppercase. For example, 'gallery'
will not work, but 'GALLERY' will.
To prevent errors, specify the webstyle in all lowercase letters
or apply the hot fix referenced below.
