Usage Note 11384: Specifying relative paths for the APPLETLOC location

The APPLETLOC option points to the location of the .jar files used to
render Java graphs. Currently, the value for APPLETLOC must be a full
path or a URL.

With relative path support, you can zip and move your entire gallery to
another location without concern for breaking your graph applets. To be
able to specify relative paths, you must apply the following hot fix.
