Problem Note 11069: Hot fix available to enable new enhancements and apply additional fixes

A required Technical Support hot fix is available for SAS IT Service
Level Management (ITSLM) 1.0, to incorporate new enhancements and fixes
in the following areas of the software:
o Client-server communication interface
o ETL, validation and synchronization
o Reporting
o Client GUI
