Problem Note 11042: Contact History Communication Status field is truncated to 4 characters
If you update the Contact History table in SAS Campaign Management by
executing a communication via the Scheduler and the contact history
status code is more than 4 characters in length, the code is truncated
to 4 characters in the Contact History table.
This problem only occurs if the Contact History table is updated as part
of a scheduled task. If you update the status codes manually in the SAS
Campaign Management component, the truncation does not occur.
Another possible circumvention for this problem is to modify the status
codes in the ISMCODES table so they are no more than 4 characters long.
