Problem Note 11038: Waterfall selection rule is duplicated
If you modify an existing Waterfall selection rule definition in the SAS
Campaign Management component, and save that definition as the name of a
previously existing Waterfall definition, the rule may be duplicated.
In this case, the status of the original Waterfall rule becomes 'Rule
has not been run'.
