Problem Note 11037: Error 'cannot read from view ISMCNTL.ISMSCHEMA' occurs during start up

If you attempt to start the SAS Campaign Management component using a
database that contains more than 10,000 tables, the application may fail
to initialize.  The Campaign Management logon window displays, accepts
logon information and prompts for a schema.  Once a schema is selected,
a dialog labeled 'Loading table names' appears with a progress indicator
and the message 'Please wait while the system finds accessible tables'.
Shortly after this window displays, the following error message appears:

  Error Number: -2147214500
   Line Number: 0
     Component: Campaign Management Component
        Module: MInitial
     Procedure: CacheProcess
   Description: Cannot read from view ISMCNTL.ISMSCHEMA

If you select 'OK' this error then occurs:

  An error has occurred during initialisation
  Error Number: 0
   Line Number: 0
     Component: Campaign Management Component
        Module: MInitital
     Procedure: Main
   Description:

At this stage if you select 'OK' Campaign Management shuts down.
