Problem Note 11606: Unable to create Proportional Allocation Table using Orgname dimension

When using SAS Financial Management Solutions, if you use the Orgname
dimension, and attempt to create a Proportional Allocation Table, the
system crashes, or at best, you will get zeros and incorrect nodes from
another dimension.
