Problem Note 11585: Macro variables cannot be used in HCM report titles
Attempting to use any of the default macro variables available in HCM
report titles will not produce the correct results.
Instead of seeing the macro variable resolve correctly, you will see the
text of the macro variable (ie ¯o_var_name).
