Problem Note 11560: BATCHREFRESH2.BAT file in HCM is inconsistent setting the java.ext.dirs
The batchrefresh2.bat file uses the -D option to set the java.ext.dirs
directory for the java call to com.sas.hrv.BatchRefresh2. However it
does not use the same method for the call to com.sas.hrv.RegRepos.
A Technical Support hot fix for HR Vision 3.1 for this problem is
