Problem Note 11536: Selection rule with more than one 'INCLUDE' operator fails
If you create a selection rule in the SAS Campaign Management component
which specifies more than one INCLUDE operator then the selection rule
fails with the following error message:
For SAS data sets:
Error Number: 40002
Line Number: 0

201-322: The option is not recognized and will be
ignored.
For a Teradata database:

Description: 37000: [NCR][ODBC Teradata Driver][Teradata RDBMS]
Syntax error:expected something between')'and the
'UNION' keyword.
