Problem Note 11412: German or Spanish characters do not display correctly in the SAS Management Console
If you run a localized version of the SAS Management Console, German or
Spanish characters in the configuration window do not display correctly.
A Technical Support Hot Fix for SAS 9.1 for this issue is available as
