Problem Note 11140: A "String not found in string table" error message occurs when an ampersand (&) is included in the directory path of SAS Installation Data file
When the directory path for the SAS Installation Data file contains an
ampersand (&), the following error message appears:
String IDS_MSG_CMD_LINE_ARG_PARSE_ERROR was not found in string
table.
To workaround this issue, move the SAS Installation Data file to a path that does not contain
an ampersand (&).
