10979 - Delete option does not work in the Interface Definition window

Problem Note 10979: Delete option does not work in the Interface Definition window

If you are creating or editing an interface definition in the SAS
Campaign Management component, the 'Delete' option in the Edit menu of
the Interface Definition screen does not work.  The functionality is
missing from the application.
