Problem Note 10977: The Advanced Format window accessed from the Interface Definition screen
has redundant captions
When creating a new Interface Definition in the SAS Campaign Management
component, if you select a numeric field, click in the 'Format' field,
then click the 'Advanced' button, the Advanced Format window appears.
There are two sections in this window, both of which are labelled
'Caption'. These items are placeholders that should be replaced with
appropriate text.
