Problem Note 10966: Scheduled tasks are not written to ISMTASKSCHED
If multiple users all attempt to schedule multi-stage campaigns using
the SAS Campaign Management component such that two or more users
schedule their campaigns within a few seconds of one another, some tasks
may not be written to the ISMTASKSCHED table. In some circumstances, if
the master task is not saved in ISMTASKSCHED, the whole communication
will fail to display in the Scheduled Tasks window.
To circumvent the problem, reschedule the tasks at a time when there
will be no conflict with other Campaign Management users.

After you apply the hotfix, you must ensure that the ISMTASKSCHED.TASKID
field is defined either with a Unique or Primary Key Constraint.
