With Strategic Performance Management (SPM) and when starting Tomcat, if
you see a message similar to the following,

 WebappClassLoader: validateJarFile(C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Tomcat
 4.1\webapps\sas-spm-wde\WEB-INF\lib\servlet.jar) - jar not loaded. See
 Servlet Spec 2.3, section 9.7.2. Offending class:
 javax/servlet/Servlet.class
 [INFO] Http11Protocol - -Starting Coyote HTTP/1.1 on port 8080

this indicates that the SERVLET.JAR file included with the SPM WDE is
unnecessary. This is because the file can be found elsewhere in the JAVA
CLASSPATH.

To prevent this error, you can remove SERVLET.JAR from the SPM WDE
install location:

  ...SPM_WDE/WEB_INF/lib

This file is being included so you do not have to locate it if it does
not exist in your JAVA CLASSPATH.
