Usage Note 10711: Various new tables and table updates for NTSMF available in ITRM 2.6

Several table updates and new tables are available in ITRM 2.6. These
include:

  * the addition of three new CITRIX objects
  * additional metrics added to the NTSMF Processor table(NTPRCSR)
  * the addition of new DATACORE, MSMQ and XP Profession objects
  * the addition of an instance variable to the NTSMF Table Job Object
    Details (NTODTLS)
