10708 - Informat changed for SAP R/3 variable RFCTI in ITRM

Problem Note 10708: Informat changed for SAP R/3 variable RFCTI in ITRM

Prior to release 2.6 of ITRM, the SAP collector uses the wrong
informat for the variable RFCTI. The associated informat is RB8., but
should be IEEE8. in order to give consistent results on UNIX and
Windows.
