Problem Note 10648: Errors about columns not being found occur when running an interface definition

If you create a dynamic calculated column in the SAS Campaign Management
component, and the calculation references a child table that is joined
to the root table using fields with different names, you receive errors
similar to the following when you try to run an interface definition
that includes the calculated column.

If you are running against a SAS database, this error occurs:

   Error Number: 40002
    Line Number: 0
      Component: Campaign Management Component
         Module: MRDO
      Procedure: CreateAsyncQueryResults
    Description: S1000: [SAS][SAS ODBC Driver][SAS Server]ERROR: Column
                 KEY1 could not be found in the table/view
                 identified with the correlation

If your underlying database is Teradata, you will see this error:

   Error Number: 40002
    Line Number: 0
      Component: Campaign Management Component
         Module: MCommon
      Procedure: BuildView
    Description: S0022: [NCR][ODBC Teradata Driver][Teradata RDBMS]
                 Column/Parameter 'ABC.X.KEY1' does not exist.
