Problem Note 10647: SQLBindParameter error when running an interface definition

When you try to run an interface definition in the SAS Campaign
Management component that references a calculated column that is
defined against a non-root table, you receive the following unexpected
error:

   Error Number: 40002
    Line Number: 0
      Component: Campaign Management Component
         Module: frmExportDialog
      Procedure: ExpJoinSQL
    Description: 07001:[SAS][SAS ODBC Driver]SQLBindParameter has not
                 been called for parameter #2
