Problem Note 10627: Generating journals summarizes over JE_XDIM dimension in FMS

In SAS Financial Management Solutions (FMS), if you specify JE_XDIM,
when you create journals, it will appear to respect the dimension.
However, when the system generates the journals, it summarizes over this
dimension, and ignores it during the matching process.
