Problem Note 10619: Error occurs when renaming a chapter in a FMS report book
If you create a report book in SAS Financial Management Solutions (FMS)
and add a new chapter and try to edit or rename it, you will get an
error:
This chapter does not exist.
If you save it first, switch to another chapter, return to the first
chapter and then try to edit or rename it, it works fine. If you switch
back to the second chapter, you will see this error again.
