Problem Note 10592: Export hangs after displaying 'waiting for data' progress window

If you create an interface definition with the SAS Campaign Management
component that references a child table which has a one-to-one
relationship to the parent table, the INDEX field is set to '1' by
default.  This causes the export to hang while waiting for the data to
be retrieved.

To circumvent the problem, manually change the INDEX value from '1' to
'n/a'.
