Problem Note 10567: Unable to copy journals if Time Node Description is greater than 16 characters

In SAS Financial Management Solutions, if you attempt to copy a journal
with a time node description larger than 16 characters, you will not be
given a yes/no option to copy the existing journal. You are only allowed
to move the journal.
