Problem Note 10566: Saving report book as HTML produces a program halt
In SAS Financial Management Solutions, when you open a report book and
attempt to a save as an HTML page, you get a program halt with the
following message:
Invalid Third argument to function SUBSTR
Line 1732 Error # 114 Calling function SUBSTR.
Unable to perform requested function.
