10123 - Structure editor does not recognize case edits in short description

Problem Note 10123: Structure editor does not recognize case edits in short description

In SAS Financial Management Solutions, if you edit the case of a short
description in the structure, the editor does not save your changes.
This may cause duplicate error messages when in fact there are no
duplicates with case sensitivity.
