Problem Note 10720: Campaign Management takes a long time to start up when ISMTASKSCHED has
a large number of rows
When the SAS Campaign Management component starts up it reads the entire
ISMTASKSCHED table. If you have a very large number of entries in
ISMTASKSCHED this can cause the application to take a very long time to
start.
